5. For best results, hand or machine-wash the covers first. (Remember to wash with non-linting fabrics.) Then, size cover and holder for the window. Dunk cover in a bucket of clean tap water. The cover should be wet but not dripping wet. Scrub the window and squeegee with appropriate sizedsqueegee head. Use a micro-fiber cloth to wipe window edges if necessary. Note: The Micro-fiber cover works best when saturated with water so be careful if you decide to clean interior windows.When you are finished, launder the covers. Can be used with diluted window solution, ammonia solution, baby shampoo solution, etc.
